Kid Yoga!

Each month we will have a theme and, most importantly, have fun with yoga! Each class is $5/child, and parents are free to watch or join in the fun (for free!) :)

March - Four Seasons Yoga
April - Yoga Obstacle Course (possibly even outside!)
May - Circus Yoga

Suggested ages are 3-9, but really it is up to you. If you think your child would enjoy it, please attend. And trust me, it's not a requirement for them to do it all. My son will be there (he's 4), and he mostly sits there or rolls around on his mat :)

Bring a mat if you have one, or borrow one of ours. Just come and have fun!
